On April 23, 2026, CAEN S.p.A. welcomed third -and fourth- year students from “IIS Da Vinci Fascetti” of Pisa to its headquarters for an orientation initiative dedicated to the world of scientific research and technological innovation.

The event is part of CAEN’s ongoing commitment to supporting education and career guidance for younger generations, with the aim of fostering a concrete and continuous dialogue between the school system, industry, and the research community. Throughout the day, students were given the opportunity to gain direct insight into the company’s operations, exploring its organizational structure, distinctive competencies, and main research and development areas.

The program included a presentation of the technologies developed by CAEN and an overview of the daily activities across the various departments, providing participants with a practical understanding of the real-world applications of the scientific and technical disciplines studied in school.

Particular emphasis was placed on the value of technical and scientific skills, as well as on the wide range of educational and professional opportunities offered by the research sector.

The initiative was further enhanced by the participation of Marcello Givoletti, Founder of CAEN, who shared with the students the entrepreneurial vision and guiding principles behind the establishment and growth of the company. In his address, Givoletti highlighted the key milestones in CAEN’s history, focusing on the values that have supported its development over time, including scientific curiosity, openness to experimentation, and confidence in people’s skills and potential.

Direct interaction with company professionals fostered constructive and stimulating dialogue, encouraging students to engage in thoughtful reflection on their future academic and professional choices.

The day concluded in an atmosphere of engagement and mutual appreciation, confirming the educational value of the experience for the students and reaffirming the commitment of CAEN, together with Gi-Group, to promoting scientific culture, career orientation, and the development of human capital.
